Test Page Page Views

Strangely my test page has gathered a number of page views, much more than any of my other pages.  This seems very strange.  Having a test page can help ensure a website or blog is working properly and posting is working.  Yet more recently I have received a large number of page views on my test page.  In fact I received more that any of the my other pages.  Could this be be because of search engines such as Google and yahoo indexing it and sending searchers my way?
